If you’re trying to understand your feelings better, it can be really helpful to talk with someone who knows a lot about this, like a counselor. You could also join a support group where others are learning about themselves too, or explore stories about people who have felt the same way on internet. These things can help you more than just thinking about lots of questions by yourself. You can also reach out to the most trustable person in your life. Never try to keep all the things to yourself!
