Have you ever listened to the song called ‘What Is Love’, sung by a Kpop girl group called Twice? That’s our topic today, ‘what does it mean to fall in love?’. It means you are uncontrollably being attracted to someone else and can’t stop thinking about them all the time.  It’s like having a best friend who you also feel extra happy and cozy with.

How does it feel to be falling in love with same gender?

You will be just like everyone else in the world, having special feelings for someone else. It’s about caring a lot for someone and feeling really happy when you’re with them, no matter if they’re a boy or a girl. Love is about how you feel in your heart, and it can be for anyone.

Is it wrong to love the same gender?

Loving someone of the same sex has never been an ethical issue. It is absolutely not right to judge any kind of love. Just like we all have our favorite foods or colors, who we love is unique to each of us. Love is about caring for and understanding someone else, no matter who it’s between. Do remember, there is nothing wrong with falling in love with anyone else.  If there’s anyone else that say your love is wrong, do tell them: “Love is about the connection between hearts, not gender, and my love is just as true as anyone’s!”

Throughout history and across many cultures, people have experienced love in various ways. It’s a universal emotion that doesn’t discriminate. When two people, regardless of their gender, share mutual respect, understanding, and emotional connection, it’s a beautiful thing. Love is a natural emotion that doesn’t follow our expectations. It’s not us to decide or choose when and who to fall in love with. When love comes, it just comes. It’s important to remember that everyone deserves to love and be loved in return, in whatever form that love takes.
